WHO WE ARE.
Problem-Solving is our Passion. Technology is our Solution.
Arc Technologies Group was born out of a dual passion for problem-solving and for technology. From our humble beginnings, we have grown into a boutique and cybersecurity-first firm specializing in technology solutions for complex industries. Arc Technologies Group has four main operating divisions, each designed to provide a complementary service to our customers throughout their technology life cycles. We run discrete teams for our advisory, consulting, managed services, and staffing practices. Arc Technologies Group runs most operations through our main offices, local to Wichita, KS, including our 24/7 ATAC (Arc Technical Assistance Center) Service Delivery Team, as well as our NOC/SOC Operations.
Whether implementing a secure OT network or helping your business navigate its most recent acquisition, ATG focuses on our “right the first time, every time” process and philosophy for ensuring service delivery that exceeds expectations. We are comprised of top-talent experts eager to consult with clients and enable your technology success. We strive to provide custom solutions but never waste resources reinventing the wheel. While our consultants are focused on each client, we share expertise, knowledge, and experience to drive results to your bottom line. Every business and industry may be a snowflake – but we know snow is made from water. We know the best practices and the pitfalls, and we hope to help our clients avoid the latter in every project, going above and beyond to keep your business complaint, secure, and fully Digital. This brings us to a core piece of our philosophy: We are “Large enough to do it right. Small enough to give a damn.” Those last few words are important to us. According to The Free Dictionary, the phrase ”give a damn” is defined as follows: “To care deeply about or be especially interested in someone or something.” We care about the successes, projects, and individuals of each and every client – regardless of their contribution to our bottom line.
Arc Technologies Group relies on a foundational team of exceptional individuals with extensive knowledge of managing dynamic and intricate technological systems. We thoroughly analyze your business systems, working to understand your business and identify areas requiring attention, efficiency, or improvement. Doing so ensures our solutions precisely address your project’s specific needs and the needs of your overall business.
Our vision at Arc Technologies Group is “…to be large enough to do it right, small enough to give a damn. We aim to be the benchmark and redefine our industry, executing our every day with a commitment to excellence, cybersecurity, integrity, trust, and quality in everything we do.”
Our mission is to “…execute everything right the first time and through a Cybersecurity-first lens, prioritizing an intimate understanding of the customer to enable their success.”
And the values we hold to enable that success are to:
- be Cybersecurity-First
- Be the Best at what we do
- execute everything “Right the First Time”
- be Committed to Knowledge
- be Massively Moral
That last value, to be “Massively Moral,” might just be the most important. We are here to solve problems for our customers to the best of our ability and deliver a work product that exceeds expectations. We are not here to sell services you do not need or to sell you a product that won’t solve your opportunities. Above all others, that value is engrained in Arc Technologies Group’s fabric. In fact, it even stems from a nickname the team gave our CEO in the office: “Massively Moral McKinley” for his commitment to always do the right thing for the customer, even sometimes at a personal cost or a cost to the business.
WHY ATG?
ATG stands out because of our commitment to doing things differently. Many larger consultancies are body shops. They make money based on staff numbers, on change orders, or on the project length – rather than on the end results. All of this can transpire without even solving your original problem.
We aspire to be better.
We put your needs and your organization’s growth at the center of our operations. We’re not interested in padding our numbers or pushing for longer projects – we’re here to solve your problems and unlock your opportunities. We bring passion, experience, and most importantly a damn give in driving your organization’s digital technology forward. We do this because there is a simple truth common throughout our industry as a service provider; we do better when you do better.
This is IT for the 21st Century. This is Digital Technology.
This is ATG.
This is ATG.
